Delivery Policy
  • We try our best to despatch within 2 working days from receipt of  payment. Should despatch be delayed due to us awaiting inventory arrival from a supplier, we will advise the customer should the lead time go over 3 working days.
  • Delivery to the UK typically takes up to 6 working days. Please contact prior to order for destinations outside the UK. We will check costs and transit times and advise. Some items may not be shipped outside the UK because of transport regulations regarding liquids and hazardous goods.
    We will decide on an appropriate shipment method. Larger and/or more valuable items will typically be sent via a tracked service, should it be available and economical.

A Refund/Cancellation & Returns Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled prior to despatch for a full refund.
  • Orders may also be cancelled and items returned after despatch, within seven working days of receipt of the goods, in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations. Unless agreed otherwise, it is the customer's responsibility to return items to us securely and safely. Date of receipt is determined either by tracking or by the applicable carrier transit time guidelines. However, where items are not faulty, we reserve the right to deduct our shipment costs from the refund proceeds. Once goods have been despatched a refund will only be given once the returned item has been received back and checked by us.
  • In the case of faulty goods, a full refund will be given. If the customer prefers we will provide a replacement, free of charge instead of a refund.
  • Orders that remain unpaid for one week will be cancelled by us.
