Refund/Cancellation & Returns Policy

Orders may be cancelled prior to despatch for a full refund.

Orders may also be cancelled and items returned after despatch, within seven working days of receipt of the goods, in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations. Date of receipt is determined either by tracking or by the applicable carrier transit time guidelines. However, where items are not faulty, we reserve the right to deduct our shipment costs from the refund proceeds.

Once goods have been despatched a refund will only be given once the returned item has been received back and checked by us.

In the case of faulty items, a full refund will be given. If the customer prefers we will provide a replacement, free of charge instead of a refund.

Orders that remain unpaid for one day will be cancelled by us.
